We only buy full bodies of beef from the local area. All of our beef products come from prime beef cattle as opposed to the old dairy cows generally used in cheaper low-grade cuts of meat. It’s all hands on deck when a new delivery arrives, as we prepare the meat using traditional butchery to get everything ready for our customers.
